The Harbour, Inc.

The Harbour is a community based agency providing essential services to homeless, runaway, locked out and neglected adolescent girls ages 12-21 primarily in the north suburbs and northwest suburbs of Cook County.
These youth are at risk physically, emotionally, educationally and economically.
