For over 40 years, The Harbour has served as a beacon of hope for at-risk youth in the north and northwest Chicago suburbs, nurturing hundreds of girls into successful, self-sufficient young women.  With the help of our generous supporters, we cared for 96 girls last year, providing them with shelter, counseling, and instruction in independent living skills.
