The Harbour is a dedicated organization that has 40 years of experience providing services to homeless youth in North and Northwest Cook County, Illinois. We work with public agencies such as police departments and schools in many areas to offer our services where they are needed. If we are unable to admit a caller to our programs due to ineligibility, we will help them find an organization to better fit their needs.
