Thank you for your interest in volunteering at The Harbour!

We are a local service agency that provides opportunities and support to abused, neglected, and runaway youth right in the areas that you work and live. By volunteering your time, you not only help these young adults, but you improve your community as well.

Whether you are looking for a long-term opportunity or if you are only able to make a one-time commitment, we have a way you can help.

Help us kick off our first "Green up The Harbour" by participating in yard clean-up

on Earth Day, April 22, 2012.

Do You Have Any of These Skills? We need your help:

Interviewing Skills - Are you a professional who is in a hiring position? Do you have some advice you would like to pass onto our young adults to help them land a job! We are holding a life skills group to share some of these skills with our clients and would like to invite a professional to help us out.
Kickboxing Instructor - We want teach our clients the benefits of working out in a fun way. We need a skilled instructor to hold a 2 hour evening class. Location is determined.
Automotive Group - We would like to empower our young women with some basic knowledge of car maintenance. Certified mechanic preferred.
Tutors - We are in need of math, spanish and ACT tutors to help our young adults prepare for college.
Danger's of Social Media/Networking - Social media has become part of our everyday lives. We are looking for a professional to hold a tutorial class to our clients on the dangers of social media and how to protect yourself from become victimized by the internet. Speaker will need to provide a resume.
Graphic Designer - We are in need of someone to create our program booklet for our upcoming benefit on May 5, 2012. We would provide all of the information on April 23,2012 and would need the final submission on April 27, 2012.
