Project 2020 is our capital campaign, raising funds for the construction of a new, structurally sound Harbour House. Our current facility has served us for decades, providing hundreds of young people with safety and care when their own homes were not safe. But it is no longer the sound structure it once was. The house is the site of countless personal transformations, and you can be part of transforming the building itself to ensure it remains a haven for generations to come.
Tax-deductible donations help us provide around-the-clock services to approximately 100 youth each year, for more than 10,000 days of care. Services are free to our youth, and your one-time or sustainable gift is an incredible investment in their future as they rediscover a brighter tomorrow filled with promise.
Make a Today Gift for A Promise of Tomorrow
The Harbour’s mission is more critical than ever now, particularly to those who were already vulnerable and on the margins before the pandemic.
Because of you, The Harbour fills a critical gap for young people in need of immediate shelter, support of a caring adult, and a plan for a successful future.
“Without The Harbour, I would not have a job, and I would not have finished my first semester of community college. I literally wouldn’t be here.” ~ Maya
Adopt A Night
Every day there are young people between the ages of 12 and 20 who experience homelessness in our community. Your $100 gift means no more nights on the streets, couch surfing or sleeping in cars. It means a safe bed, daily meals, laundry and a hot shower. It means protection from vulnerability and exploitation. It’s an investment in strength and health for youth in our communities.
Due to COVID-19 our volunteer activities have been severely limited to protect the health and safety of our staff and residents. We look forward to the day when we will be able to host you or your group onsite.
