Youth Development Specialist (PT & FT)
Position Title: Youth Development Specialist
Reports To: Residential Supervisor
Position Type: Part Time/Full Time/Non-Exempt/In-person
Provides supervision and support to residents in the Safe Harbour Emergency Shelter Program or the Transitional Living Programs of The Harbour. The Floater position provides “off-schedule” coverage to support youth and site coverage needs. This position works collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement plans for both individual youth and site as a group.
Starting Hourly Rate: $20.18

Program Coordinator
Position Title: Program Coordinator
Reports To: Clinical Manager
Position Type: Full-Time/Exempt/In-person
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the Residential Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of all Transitional and Independent Living programs within The Harbour. This position will be responsible for managing placement billing, overseeing intake and admission processes, monitoring Program staff training, and ensuring effective aftercare planning. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, quality of care, and continuity of services for youth transitioning in and out of The Harbour’s Programs.
Starting Salary Rate: $46,000/annually

Clinical Manager - Limited Term
Position Title: Clinical Manager-Limited Term
Reports To: Program Director
Position Type: Full Time/Exempt/In-person/Limited Term Position (Dec 25' - April 26')
Reporting to the Program Director, the Clinical Manager will be responsible for supervising the clinical and case management services within all programs at The Harbour. The Clinical Manager will ensure seamless team management and development, case management delivery, programmatic outcomes attainment and evaluation. This position is a limited term position that covers an employee’s leave.
Salary Rate: $2,700 bi-weekly salary
