Director of Development
Position Title: Director of Development
Reports To: Executive Director
Position Type: Full Time/Exempt/In-person
The Director of Development (DoD) is a senior leadership role responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that strengthens and diversifies The Harbour’s revenue streams.
This role leads the major gifts strategy, board engagement in fundraising, prospect development, donor cultivation, and stewardship efforts. The Director partners closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and Marketing & Development Committee to build long-term philanthropic relationships that advance The Harbour’s mission to end youth homelessness.
The Director of Development supervises Development team members and collaborates across departments to ensure fundraising efforts reflect program impact and organizational values.
Starting Salary Rate: $95,000 - $105,000

Residential Supervisor
Position Title: Program Coordinator
Reports To: Programs Manager
Position Type: Full Time/Exempt/In-person
Reporting to the Programs Manager, the Residential Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the Youth Development Specialist & Residential Advisors within all community program sites at The Harbour. The Residential Supervisor will ensure that each site is functioning within the larger programmatic structure and that safety concerns are being addressed, and programmatic achievements are being attained by staff and youth.
Starting Salary Rate: $52,500/annually

Youth Development Specialist (PT & FT)
Position Title: Youth Development Specialist
Reports To: Residential Supervisor
Position Type: Part Time/Full Time/Non-Exempt/In-person
Provides supervision and support to residents in the Safe Harbour Emergency Shelter Program or the Transitional Living Programs of The Harbour. The Floater position provides “off-schedule” coverage to support youth and site coverage needs. This position works collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement plans for both individual youth and site as a group.
Starting Hourly Rate: $20.18
