Youth in The Harbour's Transitional Living Program though the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services can enter the program as early as age 17.5 and remain in our program until the age of 21. Case Manager and 24/7/365 Direct Care staff assist these young people with educational, employment, financial goals as well as overall independent living skills so that these young people can achieve self-sufficiency.
