Youth in The Harbour's Human Trafficking Program are provided with up to 24 months of transitional housing. This program supervises group living as well as apartment-based living for young people ages 18 to 22. Case Managers and Direct Care staff provide consistent support, helping young people focus on their safety and employment, education, daily living and financial goals.
